Sandra L. (Sandy) Cody, President of Resources for Excellence, Inc. (R4E).  Sandy has over 30 years of management and human resource experience. The staff of R4E believe that Qualty People + Qualty Resources = Quality Results and they accomplish this by assessing a company’s processes, goals and goal outcomes. 

Recently, Sandy opened a second business, Adult Care Training Resources, LLC,  Specialiized Training for Adult Care Centers.

Sandy has been active in NAWBO at the chapter and national levels since 1997; she has served on the Northern New Mexico Board every Year since 2002, serving as Public Relations Chair twice, Director Public Policy, President Elect, President and Past Presdient and she served on the Nominating Committee for the 2008-2008 National Baord of Directors.  She is a founding member of the Chapter’s 501c(3) the Foundation for Women Entrepreuers and she spearheaded the chartering of a new chapter in New Mexico, the Southwest Borderland Las Cruces-El Paso Chapter, chartered in May 2008. 

An award winning faculty member at Webster University, she also received the 2005 and 2007 New Mexico HR Awards of Excellence from the Society of Human Resources Management of New Mexico.

She holds a Master of Management degree with a focus in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, and has completed postgraduate work in Total Quality Management and is certified by the Society of Human Resournce Management as a Senior Professional In Human Resources.
